The Challenge
A Bengali music video for director Jaheen Farquee Amin. Tight schedule, tight budget, multiple shooting days — every setup had to count, and miscommunication between departments wasn't an option.
The Solution
01Ran the crew call sheet so every department knew their times, positions, and gear for each scene
02Pre-positioned lights, camera, and talent before the director arrived, so each day went straight into creative work
03Handled equipment failures, location access, and scheduling conflicts on the spot — the director never had to step out of the creative zone
04Tracked shot-list progress so the director always knew what was done and what was left, without asking
